I have been in Augusta traveling back and forth for NYC for 6 years and the time I never seen anyone from 🇬🇾 or Jamaica 🇯🇲 my son took me and his sister here. My lord the food was gud I got a goat root and patti I was so shocked the food is delicious. Im sorry the food in the south wasn't what I thought it would be however this place here they must've just come from yard. Food bussin.

The food is ALWAYS delish. Just know that the piping hot freshness comes with a bit of a caveat. It'll take longer than what your ETA says. If you understand that, it's definitely worth it.

This place has terrible service! It’s one thing to have great food, which they do. However, bad service and unbelievable wait times is another thing. I ordered my food and paid online 2 whole hours in advance from me arriving to the restaurant. I did so because of previous experiences I’ve had here, with extremely long wait times, in hopes to walk out with my food upon arrival. This was not the case. This restaurant has wait time out of this world, it’s as if they are catching the animal, slaughtering it, and cooking it once you place the order. It’s ridiculous and needs to be corrected. Not only that, but there was no apology or compensation offered to rectify the situation. They also claimed that one of the side dishes i ordered was not ready when I, again, ordered 2+ entire hours in advance and there were People who ordered after me that received said side dish. The food is always good which i will give them credit for, but something has to change with the speed of service at this restaurant or they should simply just close down. This is not just a review from one experience, no, this is from almost 5 years of dealing with this restaurant and nothing has changed.
